Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a bit tiny. The price was also reasonable at €150 instead of €200, so it was a good deal. The service was exceptional, with the staff being the most service-minded and caring I have come across in Norway. The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of Kristiansand, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience offered a great selection of classic continental and Norwegian options, although the breakfast wasn't really up to standards.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although on the small side, had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was tiny. The service was friendly and accommodating, with Nespresso machines and pods in the room. The location was very central in Kristiansand, making it easy to access everything. The dining experience was a mix – some aspects were excellent with a big selection, while others didn't quite meet the mark. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is ideally located for a weekend getaway, close to shopping, dining, and city strolls. The rooms, though slightly small compared to US standards, were adequate for our needs, especially with the sofa doubling as a bed for our child. The service was top-notch, reflecting the caring and attentive Norwegian hospitality. While the dining options were satisfying with a mix of continental and local fare, there were some minor drawbacks compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
